This location is very important to me. It is the place I constantly return to to practice my techniques. One day I went there and I waited for hours until the sun was setting. I prepared my camera; the colour of the sky was changing fast and I set my camera for a long exposure. The result was very satisfying and I learned that you can catch the beauty of the sunset if you wait a bit longer.

I had never heard of Monks before- this was my first time to see their houses on the top of the mountains. When I got there and read the story about them it was really interesting for me that the Monks dedicate most of their day to preying. But my journey wasn't just about getting to know the history and culture of the place. You really feel the spiritual atmosphere of the area from the way the light plays across the landscape and this is what I wanted to capture in my image.
